Returns & Right of Withdrawal
At Anna’s Light, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Below you’ll find our return and cancellation policy, tailored to the nature of our handmade and custom work.
Custom Orders & Personalized Items
Please note that custom-made, made-to-order, and personalized products—including all handmade jewelry, artworks, and commissioned pieces—cannot be returned or refunded. These items are crafted specifically for you and are therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
By placing an order for a custom or personalized product, you agree that this right does not apply.
Ready-Made Items
Only non-custom, ready-to-ship items are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Any damage or defects must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If these conditions are met, a refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved. Refunds are processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please email Anna@annaslight.art with:
- Your order number
- Which item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged
